    De-glazing thats it....you deglaze the pan not the sausages...:rotfl:

    I have cous cous with peppers, aubergines, onions, mushrooms and carrots served with chilli, soy sauce and a bit of cheese sprinkled through to take off the heat mmmm

    (Its good, but spicy my favourite kind :D)

    I made a chilli tonight but it was a tad on the hot side....DD2 picked out all the kidney beans and left the rest....fussy little oik.

    ooo your cous cous sounds lovely Becky. I had leftover Potato Boulanger and quorn sausages..bit mixed combo but all that was edible in the fridge!

    Yes Sammy you de-glaze the pan...not the sausages!

    oh and ive just eaten crisps...naughty but they were lovely!

    she is much better pooky, thanks. Back to school tomorrow and I can have a morning off :) In fact I am drawing up a list of things I need to do..supposed to have a dentist appt but going to cancel as I can't afford the filling.
