  • Its rare that pepipoo were not helpful. Most fall over backwards to help, with one notable exception, though they do expect the poster to do the research from the directions they give.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

Yeah i was surprised. They asked me to get recent pics but i was unable to get back t othe location so got more pics from google maps which i think told the entire story. I also got a friend to check what all the signs and road markings said and they were the same as in the google map pictures so nothing had changed.

Anyway i put in a last day appeal on the basis of compassionate grounds and as expected they rejected it :(. Got the letter through today saying they are satisfied the PCN was issued correctly. They say they understand my circumstances that i outlined, there is a total prohibition on waiting for any purpose by all vehicles except the class specified.

Guess i'm going to have to pay. Last question, since i missed the discount period i'm going to have to pay the £60 which is a bitter body blow. Is there any possibility of writing and aking them to at least charge the discount £30 or is that a no-hoper?

    Thanks
