Orange Landline don't do call divert

Just found out that Orange don't do caller divert on their landline service.
They only offer caller display and voicemail :mad:
Spoke to an assistant in the Orange shop (she has been there 8 years) and even she wasn't aware of this :eek:
To give them their dues (after getting past the stalling from India) they agreed to let me take the landline and broadband back to my previous provider without penalty
(ie releasing me from the contract)

I am shocked they let you out of contract for that they could have easily held you to your contract and would have been within their rights too... You must have been having a good day
