Is this safe to download, I keep getting a message pop up apparently from microsoft, but can't find it on their site, I am not downloading it until I know it is safe so please let me know thanks

Just check and uncheck items, as a full scan takes a long time.
I would advise to not download apps from pop-ups.0 -

The popups are fake and a goad to install the program. The Vundo trojan peddles SystemDoctor2006 and the executable for the program itself is infected so I suggest you post a HijackThis log.0
