Not really to do with money saving but does anyone know what happens at anger management and occupational therapy?

I had six sessions of anger management counselling - they sent me from work cos i was so angry with the situation my ex has put me and the children in - she was brilliant . . .taught me how to handle my anger and to imagine him standing behind me rather than standing in front of me, confronting me with all his lies etc. I was so angry that I couldn't see how anything could ever help me. But it did work.0

Just what my ex boyfriend needs! He's refusing to go so I'm refusing to get back with him even though we miss each other like crazy!:eek:Here dead we lie because we did not choose
To live and shame the land from which we sprung.
Life, to be sure, is nothing much to lose,
But young men think it is,
And we were young.
