Email headers are really easily faked by spammers or viruses/worms. This is probably what has happened. Just delete the mail.

Don't know what this is, but I get the same from time to time. I just delete them.
The ability of skinny old ladies to carry huge loads is phenomenal. An ant can carry one hundred times its own weight, but there is no known limit to the lifting power of the average tiny eighty-year-old Spanish peasant grandmother.

Spammers have picked up your email address perhaps from a website you have with your email address on it or perhaps its been passed on by someone you contacted. The spammers are now sending you emails using your email address in the 'FROM' field of their spam emails to disguise their identity.

The next thing is they email other people again using your email address in the FROM field of their emails. Many people will 'bounce' the spam emails mistakenly thinking its going back to the spammer but because your email is in the 'FROM' field they will come back to you.

I get 40-50 of these a day at the moment.

I would recommend a spam filter like Mailwasher (version 1.33 is free, search for it) to delete them on the server or filter them out with your email client. Alternatively if it gets too bad, drop that email address and get a new one.

Could this be the reason I got kicked off loads of things because of my mail bouncing?
