I would advise anyone thinking of buying any products from this rogue outfit to look at the customer complaints on following websites.

I have personally experienced shoddy service refusing to honour 3 year onsite extended parts and labour warranty, asking me to open the computer to remove hard disk and video card etc, keeping waiting for 20 minutes at a time before you get connected and after connection going back an forth making you wait another 15 minutes at a time, not returning the calls, stating blatantly on customer service announcement that due to high growth in business they are taking long time to reply to customer emails! etc.
The invoice they sent me when I purchased the goods listed just computer name without specification, my order details on my account with them is now not available with lame excuses. These are bunch of rogue dealers and I do not understand how computer press( obviously they get hugh advertisement dosh from this company for including savastore catalogue in their magazine do not report about customer problems.
Buyer beware. You are better of getting the computer built specially for you by a trusted local computer shop as all the parts can be bought with individual part manufacturer warranty.
It is not just Savastore other name Watford electronics but any company you want to buy from make sure you do a Google search about customer complaint before you buy.

Please have a separate bog for warning about these dodgy companies who get away with it.

I am happy with the service and supportI've been luck and personally not had a problem with them. They are very much a "box pusher" like many other companies out there. This is how they keep prices down, but it's reflected in their support staff.
If the transaction goes smoothly you get a product quickly and for a cheap price. I've something goes wrong though they are a pain to get hold of. I had to cancel an order with them once and that did prove troublesome although got done in the end.
I think my worst experience has been with Pixmania. I ordered a new TFT. It came with the box missing a huge chunk in the side. I automatically rejected the item. They then said it'd take 30 days before they sent a new one as they'd have to investigate. I said it as a problem between them and their courier, nothing to do with me, so wanted a new TFT. When they still said 30 days so I requested my money back... which took 30 days. 36 to be exact, I had to threaten possible legal action unless I got my money back in 3 days, it promptly came. Awful customer service."Boonowa tweepi, ha, ha."0 -

Always pay by credit card. So any problem you contact credit card company and they straught away refund the money. I never by any thing without credit card. Your best guarantee.0 -
I am happy with the service and supportOh yeah always do, and did in that case. Did consider getting them to handle things, but it wasn't that simple. Pixmania had effectively done nothing wrong, and I think are entitled to take 28 days to refund the money."Boonowa tweepi, ha, ha."0
