Speedster might know a way of proving ignorance?
I don't know what is given at that time to influence what you did do, so unfortunately I cannot comment on other avenues to pursue now.
beyond me i'm afraid.
clearly all that's been done is a case of brushing it aside as no-one seems to be able to take them on and make them accountable for their actions.
you cant even get them under the HRA thanks to this government picking and choosing which parts of the act to benefit their fascist regime.
have you tried your mp or nacsa??NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.
and, please. only thank when appropriate. not to boost idiots egos.0 -
Have you contacted your MP? That would be my first course of action - the CSA tends to take note when they get involved.
When you had your tribunal hearings etc were you sent the relevant documentation, booklets, letters etc explaining the rights of appeal to you and how you could appeal? If they were not sent to you at the time then that is your ignorance route, regardless if they were sent at a later date.
Your only other route could be the lack of solicitors with specialist CSA knowledge, after all everyone is entitled to legal representation, bit difficult if no-one specialises in this area!
