On CSA1 and CSA2 at the same time?

Hi everybody
Is it possible to be on csa 1 and csa 2 at the same time?
I believe I have one child on one system and another child on the other system. You see I have two pwc's but I have recently been told by the csa that one was changed to csa 2 in 2005.
All my assessments I believe were made on csa 1
Could anybody advise me in respect of this.
Regards Sidekick

what ages are the children and when were the cases opened.
if one was shunted onto csa2 then the other one, in theory should have too.
it is illegal for you to be on both systems, but since when has legality got in their way?
they call it phasing now, so lord knows when you'll get shunted over now.NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.

Thanks for the reply
One child is 11 and the other is 16.
The pwc of the 16 year old requested to close the case back in 2002.
But was reopened the 2005 under CSA 2 by the CSA??? Why? I don't Know.
Meanwhile the pwc of 11 year old appealed a csa decision which went to a tribunal in 2006.
The effective date that the tribunal went back to was 2003 superseding all of the change of circumstances since that date.
I also have a partner and five year old of whom I live with since 2004, these circumstances have never been taken to account because of the back dated assessment.
You are correct the agency did not work within the boundaries of the of the laws of this country.
Thanks for your help

mmmmm. complicated one.
i take it relationships with the pwc of the 11 yr old is not good? the only easy way out would be if she closed the case for 13 weeks.NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.

Definitely not, the pwc of the 11 year old would never agree has she has now got a £10500 liability order and that’s only up to 2007. We originally had a private agreement.
I also have since 2002 a private agreement with the pwc of the 16 year old.
Looking at my data files I believe my current partner wages were being looked into in 2004 to 2005 and then the case was closed.
Since the tribunal decision of the 2006, I have had no real change of circumstance. Hence the csa would not reassess, effectively making me single and living on my own. But I have been living with my partner and son since 2004.
My younger son was born in 2004 and according to the csa doesn’t exist.
I’ve also been assessed on the wrong income and not all Tax and National Insurance were taken off before assessment.
I can’t possibly pay the assessment they have made.
Any advice would be appreciated

Did you not get the chance to appeal the tribunal hearing or put a csae forward to take account of later changes as part of that decision?0

Yes, I did appeal on the basis of tribunal miscalculated my income and other issues. I was refused leave to appeal, and was told I could only appeal to the commissioner on A Point Of Law.
As I did not understand csa law at the time, I sort legal advice could not find the csa solicitor in time.
I did appeal to the commissioner but was out of time of the original month, hence again I was refused leave to appeal. The reason given was I was at a time.
I then took it to a high court in London and again I was refused judicial review.
And then appealed to the supreme high court of appeal, although I was refused again the judge did comment upon contents of my case.
“substantial areas of dispute which need to be investigated and clarify”
This is subject to a complaints letter which I filed with the csa.
