Damaged Fire

I am sorry to hear about your problem.
We are having trouble too - we bought a Gazco Studio Edge a few months ago. We were going to go for the glass fronted one, but were seduced by the beautiful granite lining, so went for the open one.
Twice the granite has cracked - we used the fitter recommended by the internet shop be bought it from (is quite near us so we visited first), we paid for a survey/inspection prior to fitting. But now Gazco are trying to say that our chimney is at fault!
We are not fitters, so we have relied on the experts - now we have a really bad situation ahead of us by the looks of things.
We are going to start searching to see if anyone else has had this problem.0 -
I have just purhcased a Gazco and the showroom advised that it is installed within 7 days. (we have our own fitter)
Must be a policy of Gazco or something.
In one of the showrooms we visited looking at Gazco's the seller advised us that he was going to stop selling their fires as their after sales help is diabolical and people have fires with problems they will not fix.I want to be credit card and loan free by Christmas 20100
