Hotel(family room) near Alexander Theatre Birmingham?

Need a family room for 1 adult and 3 children on a B&B basis for the 29th December.
Planning on training it from Leicester to New Street to go and see HSM2 with my girls but the last train home is 22.22 and I dont fancy it on my own with 3 young daughters(4, 4 and 6) and I could miss it so hubby treating us to one night in a hotel for a girly night
Found a couple but either too expensive or rooms only sleep 3!!
Need it within a 15 minute walk to the theatre and have a budget of £70 but would go to £100 if really nice!
