House sale fell through, solicitor at fault?

Ok, just spoke with the court solicitor and I have a court order against this person so I can pursue this debt without time limit. The only thing that would hinder this is if he has gone bankrupt meantime. I am now going to try and get some information to see if this is the case. Knowing my luck up till now I won't be surprised.............0

That's what really gets me. Why should people be allowed to just shirk their debts with little consequence and leave hardworking people like me out of pocket? It shouldn't be allowed. Why isn't there more protection for people like me? Even although this happened 3 years ago I still get angry when I think this cost me so much money when the culprits walked away without any thought for me.0
