Hard wearing paint for kitchen?

We painted our downstairs (kitchen and living room) with a Dulux 'Flex' paint that we picked up at a factory seconds shop - the walls though have started to chip and mark very easily, especially behind the sofa where DH keeps leaning
We need quite a hard wearing paint due to over excited puppy, who is still prone to jumping up (we are getting there with her training) and accident prone me!
Anyone had any experience of using a 'kitchen' based paint? - we thought about it but heard that they are terrible to use!!

A very good hard wearing paint is Dulux Diamond Matt. We have used it on a couple of jobs and it is a scrubbable matt finish and very resiliant. The only draw back is the price. Upto £50 for a 5 litre tin. Normally available from their trade outlets or independent decorators merchants.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0
