You do need a cloud account to access it. However it is free to sign up there and then.
You should just be able to turn on your wifi, look for an unsecured network called somthing like "WiFi Zone - The Clould" connect to it and open up a browser and just follow instructions from there.

Personally, I wouldn't use public access wi-fi after they showed how simple it was to hack on Watchdog! I really don't need my credit card nicked again, thank you very much.....Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0
