1.sit ups, straight forward or sit with knees bent and reach arms across to the other side of knees on the up.
2.Lie on back and lowly raise legs, one at a time or both together, as slowly as pos and down as lowly as pos,as many times as you can(til you just cant, not just til your bored!)
3.lie flat on tummy, with head in floor, stretch out body from finger tips to toes, count to 3 in your head then lift arms and legs up into air for a count of three, then slowly lower, repeat a few times.
4.lie on back, draw kees up to chest, arms out to sides straight, roll knees from one side of body to the other.
5.Stand up straight stretch up as high as you can, then let your arms drop to the ground, sweep arms around on floor a bit, lift up again from your tummy and do it again, push arms through legs.
6.stand straight with legs slightly apart, hands on hips, keep pelvis forward, and twist as far as is comfortable from side to side.
7.Walk everywhere fast, pull tummy in whilst walking, and consciously walk with your stomache muscles, lifting your legs, and feel each muscle working! and chin high, shoulders back, bottom under, heel to toe!
Most of these are made up,and I have no idea if they are safe, just what I do(when I'm feeling "good"must start tommorrow-she says again!)but they do work.Oh yeah heres the bad bit,cut out beer, chocolate, crisps, chips etc!0 -

I mean stretch right up first,go on tip toes, then back down to flat, then bend from your tummy, bringing your arms forward and dropping to the floor, keep your legs straight.I just kind of sweep my arms around any which way left to right or circles, then lift them out forward again and repeat a few times.Does that make sense?0

"the plank" is good for core muscles. Lie on your stomach with your head up and your arms in front of you bent at the elbow. Raise yourself up so you are balancing on your elbows and your toes keeping your back straight and your stomach sucked in. If you are doing this right it will be really hard, try to hold for 30seconds. Really difficult to describe, just found this website when I gogled the plank.

Why do you desperately need to flatten your tummy?
You need to improve posture for instant slimming effect.
Hold you rhead up, shoulders back and down, tuck bottom in, hold tummy muscles 'in'. This shouldn't hurt, you need to practice holding yourself straight with good muscle control, whilst looking in the mirror to see how effective it is. When you feel comfortable and look decent, you've pretty much got it.
You will need to remind yourself to stand, walk and sit like this, until it becomes habit. But the more you do it, the more toned your tummy will become; this couple with exercises, as recommended by others, will have you feeling and looking great in no time.
But remember, don't rush into doing masses of exercise at once, you could hurt your back, you'll get bored or despondant if you don't see instant results.I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.
Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.0
