Was very pleased with the service from Harveys. Bought a new sofa on 9th September and was told up to 12 weeks delivery. Salesman handed me a leaflet about insurance, did not try to convince me to take it out in any way.
Was telephoned a couple of weeks ago and given dates from 11th Nov for delivery, chose a Saturday delivery as very convenient. Was sent a text the evening before saying they would be there between 8am and 11am. Arrived at around 9.30am, unpacked the sofa, took the packaging away, checked it was okay, asked had I waited long for the delivery date, had I had good service in store and if I had any problems there was the number to dial.
All in all, hassle free good service and a lovely new sofa to lounge on.

I'd make the most of it while it you can. If it's anything like the tatty garbage that Harveys sold us it will start to fall to pieces before Christmas and believe me once they've got you money they won't give a monkey's.The fridge is empty, the walls are damp, there's no hot water

My Harveys sofa is 3 years old - no problems. Also, it is comfortable, easy to clean, and looks exactly like one which would have cost me 3 times as much from another store.0
