Sky+ and TV link

Hi I hope this is in the right place...

I've recently had sky+ installed (bargain price-thanks to this site and the digital tv cost cutting thread :D ) But am encountering problems with the tv link to the bedroom.
I don't have a multi room subscription, i've just always had a little magic eye/mouse type thing and another remote to work the sky. Since the sky+ I can't seem to control it at all.
I've retuned the tv so i can see sky but have to choose what channel before I go upstairs!!

Any advice on what I can do to rectify this would be great.

Thanks

go to services and then press 4-0-1 select pretty fast, and then to to RF outputs(something like that) and then make sure RF 2 is turned on and then make sure the connection from the other room is in RF 2 at the back of the box, that should do it

    Thank you dickibobboy

Having checked all the settings and having a fiddle around it now works, if very slowly, but has always been poor connection...are all tv links the same?

Had bit of a panic when after coming back downstairs found main tv with sound but no picture....thought 'oh my god what have i done now'

but was loose scart lead from pulling box out!! :rotfl:

All good now, thanks again for your help. :T

your welcome. i think they are all the same really, just make sure your coax has no kinks and the connections at both ends are secure and tight. also better quality coax is better
