Something positive about landlords

Considering the bad press they get on here quite often I would just like to say I've just gone from one wonderful LL one to another.

Moved out last Monday from my last rental (one month early as LL was selling so wanted to make it easy for him as he's been very very good) and as of today I have a cheque for a months rent from him AND my full deposit back from the LA.

New place being managed by the boyfriend of the owner and he can't do enough for me.

There are good ones out there :)

I had a great LL last year too, fantastic guy, sorted everything right away, got deposit back in full with no shenanigans!

Wish there was a way online to review LL's to give the good ones a better chance of filling the places - being able to leave positive comments about them would be great, I guess it's just a bit open to false testimonys/abuse though.

Still - if you beleive in Karma I guess that's good enough.

Ts can always write to their LLs expressing their appreciation - some potential Ts do ask for previous Ts comments as a form of reverse referencing.
