I received my 'Goody bag for her' today.I paid £4.87 as I had also ordered a Britain in the 50's DVD
I am well pleased with it

I got my packs before Christmas, not too bad considering they only cost me £3.25 each. A few stocking fillers for people so I can't complain.

I ordered the girls set and also some of the DVD's that were on offer but I havent recieved anything. Each time I email it gets returned and the telephone is never answered, I am getting a bit conserned now, I think in total I spent around £25 with the company.

I ordered the Dora carry pack and Barbie chalk board book and received these really quickly. I ordered the girls goody bag separately and still have not got it. Having the same problem with emails/phone calls etc :-(

I asked volunteers to sendthem to seriously ill children and they havent turned up, im embarassed and annoyed!

still not rec'd.Told they were sent out week beginning 14th and asked to give it until next Monday (!) before phoning for replacement

I ordered a boys bag and a letter from santa on 9th November, I haven't received either!

What number are you calling? I can't get through on 0845 2302674 and email keeps bouncing back!
