sorry ot sound dumb
we moved out 4 months ago and have 2 months left on the exemption
I will be BR on Tuesday but the bank won't repo my house they keep saying no
does this mean in January I am then going to be liable for the council tax for a house I don't live in and that the bank won't repo?
Yep! I am afraid so. Usually at 50% of normal rate.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -

No he won't. But the Abbey still doesn't have to repo even if you give them the keys, though hopefully it will spaeed them up a bit.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0

Heard of them, but don't now if they will be any quicker. Presume they have a secured loan on your property

Hopefully someone will have had dealings with them.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -
