Has anyone heard of this? It is the first time I am hearing about it. I tried doing a search for it but have not turned up any useful info.

I have had one since the day it came out, It costs £5 to buy the card, Butyou can top up free from your paypal account. It goes on usually about 2pm the day after you topped up card.
You can use it in many places and can top up else where even though there is a charge for topping up elsewhere.

Funny, me and my mate were talking about this the other day.
He has one, never had any problems with it at all.When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.0
