Moving & BT Help

Hi,
I am possibly going to have to move house in the next month or so and the place I'm (hopefully) moving too doesn't seem to have a (BT) phoneline.
I'm currently on BT, with broadband & BT Vision TV. I doubt I'm getting a great deal with BT and have been briefly looking into other companies.
If I move into the new flat and it doesn't have a phone line- does this give me a 'get out clause' with my BT contract?
Any help would be great.

No it doesn't, you remain under contract.No free lunch, and no free laptop

Keep in mind that until the 31/12/09 BT are offering Free Connection,if no working service exists,subject to a 18 month contract. If you went with another supplier they would probaly charge a substantial connection fee.0
