damp/condensation

Hello just wondering if anyone has any ideas for me....
We live in a house that we've spent way too much money on already...anyway

Around the window frames we have had a sudden onset of black mould....
then some appeared on the carpet on the bottom three stairs

Then when we had the sudden rainfall the back kitchen window poured in rain through the windowsill??? we've checked the pointing around this window and can't see anything wrong

Then finally....
In the hallway we have a constant wet patch there are no water pipes running under that bit of floor and we've had a few people look at it completly confused....any ideas?
