IVA approved on 5th Nov but still getting threatening letters from creditors

Hi, my IVA was approved on 5th Nov, but I am still getting letters from DCA, all of whom are included in the IVA, and 3 of them have denied any knowledge of the IVA! I have called Payplan and they have assured me that the IVA is on track and they are simply trying it on, but what do I do? Send Payplan all my correspondance or do I give the DCA my IVA ref number etc? Thanks

CC limits £26000

Long term CC debt £0

Total low rate loan debt £3000

Almost debt free feeling, priceless.

Ex money nightmare, learnt from my mistakes and never going back there again, in control of my finances for the first time in my adult life and it feels amazing.

Dont worry it takes a few weeks for news to filter through these organisations. Just forward any correspondence through to Payplan.
Debt as at 12th July 2006 - £61,345
    Debt free 21st Oct 2011.

    All thanks to :money:

The news of your IVA could of course be transferred through departments instantaneously... but if they let on it takes a while and continue to ring you and send letters and maybe manage to squeeze a wee further payment out of you then it's worth their while, isn't it!?

Dont worry about it, they'll get the message soon enough. Stick to your guns and keep redirecting them: "I'm in an IVA with XXXXXX, please run your enquiries through them thank-you, goodbye!"
Would you ask the wolves to look after the sheep?
