Its in theirs t & cs read them.
I have not had exxperience of sixt so couldnt comment. I always get something in writing when returning a car so they agree that it is acceptable condition.
I hired a car in cyprus and there had been a sand storm so it was covered in yes you guessed it sand. When I put it through a car was a noticed a nasty dent in the rear door. I went back to hire car place and pointed it out and that it was not of my doing. They agreed and didnt charge me.0 -

I know it is their in the T & C but is it fair? I say not
If a car is damaged it should be up to them to point it out and if the customer damaged it the car hire company should check the car out before the customer leaves
Imagine buying a TV or something else getting it home and finding it does not work, you take it back and you get your credit card charged two months later for £100, why you ask? Well they tell you you, you brought back a broken TV, so it's for breaking the TV, you should have checked it before you took it, its their in our T & C0 -
I have been offered the chance to close my Mint creditcard account and carry on paying the minimum payments at the current rate which is 0%. When I phoned Mint they said I would be still eligible for any rate rises. Does anyone know if this is correct.0
