UK Facility Services DO NOT PAY THEIR PARKING CHARGES

If you receive a parking "Fine" from UK Facility Services or PCN UK or PCN-UK it is not a fine, they do not have the power to fine you as they are a private company. They can send you an invoice just in the same way I can send you an invoice. You are obliged to pay neither of them!
Do not believe any of the rubbish on their website, they will not take you to court, they will send you a few letters which if you ignore them they will give up and leave you alone.
They cannot send bailiffs out or remove any of your property for not paying a parking ticket UNLESS they have taken you to court AND won which they will not do.
So please ignore any oarking tickets you receive from this PRIVATE firm as they have no legal standing.
