Cdwow had terrible slow service and many of there products were made for Asian markets sometimes thats fine but others its not

Personnel if I had worked for cdwow and then setup a company myself I wouldn't want to boost that as a way of making you look legit

This company appear to have been setup by the owners of CD-WOW (the hyphenated one) and they were pretty good, I have ordered from them (crazy tiger) recently and they have had a few teething problems with their web site, communication from Customer Service appears pretty good and I was able to order succesfully last night with an immediate confirmation e-mail, and another e-mail today confirming dispatch and that it should be received within 5 days. As far as I am aware neither CD-WOW (with the hyphen) or crazy tiger have ever sold fake or pirated goods

    hope this helps

err!! that was my point CDWOW (without the Hyphen) are a different company from what was the former CD-WOW (with the Hyphen) CDWOW were never a patch on CD-WOW IMHO

 A Newbie that joined to post praise.... :snow_laug
  • Just to add my view on this - postage times from CDWOW and BangCD seem to be very variable. I had an order ship from CDWOW on 20th November that didn't arrive till 8th December (and this was shipped from Switzerland), and then one from BangCD that shipped 4th December that arrived today (10th).

I've never had a problem with BangCD (or CDWOW) for that matter - everything arrives in the end...

i am not a newbie who joined to post praise, i joined some time ago and simply forgot to activate my sign in till i tried to post to this thread. I believe in speaking truthfully about services I use and wanted to point out that so far I have had a reasonable service, and also to point out the simple fact that cdwow are not the same comapny that cd-wow were. I have been on martin's e-mail list for years and fully support what he does.

I would be grateful if you therefore did not leave cynical remarks that are frankly insulting to someone who likes to see fair play apply, have you got it now?

    Lighten up. It's Christmas :D

Don't you have a sense of humour?

It wouldn't be the first time a newbie (poster) writes a message to praise a company that has a poor customer service record.

Read on Hotdeals to see how good a service you get. All the orders me and my friends have made either take months to arrive or get cancelled.

Any company that takes payment when you order should dispatch goods with a few days and not keep hold of your money for months.

Just look at this thread on MSE: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=7355&page=4

A newbie posting praise for a particular company only to be caught out later that they in fact work for that said compnay.

This is my first post here, ive only found the site recently and came across this thread. I started panicking because i ordered from cd bang and hadnt received any goods and worried i wouldnt get what id ordered for christmas!

I ordered two, both on the 30th november, got a despatch for one on 1st december and the other despatch on the 9th december.

The one despatched on the 1st december arrived this morning so took 11 days to come. Im just hoping the other one arrives in time for christmas.

I wont be ordering from them again just because of the long delay and worrying if they will arrive or not.
