So did I and I agree that CDWOW did go rapidly downhill once sold to the Aussie company, never gone back to them after some shocking customer "service".

Anyhow, I tried Crazy Tiger for a good price CD and it did arrive (not quite within 3-5 days) and it's a genuine product. Address (in Singapore) and packaging were very similar to BangCD.

I thought they were a new company (October 2009) so the fact that joo2810 ordered last Christmas seems surprising.

As stated above, crazytiger are a new company that started trading in October, so the comment re last christmas is a little puzzling.

I have ordered from bangcd for some time now and never had a problem, and despite what has been said elsewhere in the past, they are not pirated goods.

I'd just like to add that I've ordered from BangCD many many times and have always found them to be good - always very cheap, and although delivery sometiems takes a while, their customer service is good (have had broken jewel cases to replace).

If Crazy Tiger is part of them, can't see why they'd be any different.

I pre-ordered the new Stereophonics CD from Crazytiger and despite it being released five days ago (15th) I still haven't received it. I emailed the company on Wednesday and they haven't bothered getting back to me. Just checked the order status and it's now showing the 27th as the shipment date. :eek:

This doesn't really fill me with any confidence, so I'm glad I ordered using the credit card. I'd just like to listen to the CD more than anything else.

I'll email them again and see what happens but can't really offer a recommendation!!

Five days is not exactly slow shipping within the UK, let alone from the Far East.

However a shipping date of the 27th does seem a bit slow but sometimes CDs are released on different dates in different parts of the world.

I'm still waiting for a delivery from CD WOW, Pre ordered the new robbie williams album on the 4th. Release date 9th November. This was not dispatched until the 11th and as of today this has still not arrived. Numerous emails to cd wow all with a standard reply saying that i should allow 5 - 7 day delivery. I contacted them again and they have now said i need to wait 21 days before they can do anything. Will not be using them again.

This company appear to have been setup by the owners of CD-WOW (the hyphenated one) and they were pretty good, I have ordered from them (crazy tiger) recently and they have had a few teething problems with their web site, communication from Customer Service appears pretty good and I was able to order succesfully last night with an immediate confirmation e-mail, and another e-mail today confirming dispatch and that it should be received within 5 days. As far as I am aware neither CD-WOW (with the hyphen) or crazy tiger have ever sold fake or pirated goods

If you check out the praise vent etc section on the forum there are posts about CD wow, Bang CD, crazy tiger etc. All stating that orders are not arriving. I have been waiting for stuff from CD Wow that was supposed to have been dispatched about 2 and a half weeks ago. Didnt know until I looked at this that they all come from far east
