Wanted cheap skip hire

Options
Does anyone know a cheap skip hire company in Liverpool? Or someone who removes bricks. I have about 400 brick plus a bid of cement to get rid of this week.

when im in need of getting rid of a large amount of stuff i ask a local builder who comes and takes it away to the tip, he charges me a lot less than i would pay for a skip .. you could always go onto your local freecycle and offer it as hardcore you'd be surprised how many people want hardcore without paying shop prices
Those we love don't go away,They walk beside us every day,Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear
Our thoughts are ever with you,Though you have passed away. And those who loved you dearly,
    Are thinking of you today.

If they're reusable, stick them on Freecycle or put them in your local free ads paper (Loot etc).

A lot of people will have building materials for their own projects.

I currently have a wanted ad on my local freecycle group for building materials etc. I have had some success in sourcing sand, drywall adhesive and some render bead to date. Sorry - I'm in Cornwall not Liverpool!

Alternitively have you thought about taking that stuff down the tip? A few car trips should do it.

  • I would suggest trying Freecycle too.

The other option is to get a Hippo bag. They can be bought from B&Q or builders merchants and come in two sizes. One is about the size of a tonne bag you get materials in and the other is larger. You fill it then call the number supplied with the bag and someone comes and takes it away. I think it's about £8 to buy the bag and £56 for it's collection.
