They have been there since i moved in my house and starting to bug me now.
I have attached a picture of my frence doors and the array or scratches they have got in it.
Is there anyway to remove them or is it a case of new glass required?

Don't think they will polish out by DIY means. You might get a specialist to deal with it but TBH its prolly cheaper to replace the glass.

I agree looks too scratched to get polished out. You can get some scratches out as we did in new door that DG fitted which was scratched when fitted, but no where near as bad as that0

See if there is a Glasweld franchise in your area, they do scratch polishing, it can be quite expensive for big jobs as they used to charge £40/hour but the scratches are removed. It is aimed at the car windscreen market but having done it myself on some sliding doors, I know that it works on almost any glass.0

This is a french door and so is this but the glazing requirements are quite different. Hence so is the cost of replacing a scratched pane.
