  • Hi big,
As a minimum fit a continous duty extractor fan to the bathroom, a continous duty fan is one which works all the time on a 'trickle' mode
the fans I regularly use are
    Nuaire Genie X
    Envirovent filterless extract fan
the envirovent fan might be a better option as it is both a kitchen and bathroom fan, so with the flick of a switch you get a lot more powerful fan in your bathroom (if it needs it). They are a bit more expensive than the nuaire product though.
    Good luck

You can pick up the envirovent fan on ebay for as little as £40. I now have one in the kitchen, much more powerful than fans I have had in previous houses. It is very quiet in trickle mode, boost is another matter tho :p.
