Best way to paint house....

Was flicking through the paper in work last night and noticed an ad for those paint rollers that have the paint in the handle and you push the plunger and it automatically applies paint to the roller as you use it.
I asked a bloke who drinks in there and is a builder handy man if they were any good and he said he didn't know, but said that the "paint pads" are really good.
I am now wondering, has anyone who has tried either the paint pads or the rollers that have the paint in the long handle got any feedback on them?!?!

I've used paint pads a few times and they are ACE. less mess than a roller (dunno about the ones you talk about though), very economical and quick to use. you can get paint pads from wilko's for about £3.
they definately get a thumbs up from me, I'd never go back to rollers or brushes for big jobs.0 -
Cheers Chem,
I have just seen some very good reviews of them too. Think i'll be giving them a go when I move into the new house in a couple of weeks!!!
