Change it for the right size in store, or exchange for something else. I presume you'll get full value.

No not working now, they must have realised, but not bad considering it worked since Saturday

I got an email confirming my order and an order number but when i try to log into the website it says i haven't got an account

so i tried to set up an account (with same email address) and it let me........

don't know what to think now, will have to wait and see

If you log into account you should be able to click on order hitory and see if its there. Should be if you got email

no i don't have any orders in there

last night i had an email to say order was being processed etc, when i tried to log in today it said the email address wasn't valid and allowed me to set up a new account which then didn't pick up my order from last night

not feeling optimistic now but don't understand whats gone wrong

Don't panic hun - the same happened to me in the past when I've ordered I just didn't fancy having an actual account set up. You can still order without one and I have always received stuff... I only set up an account this time so I could see if despatched online.
