Either I am going blind, or mnk is hallucinating, but I can't see this anywhere. I read the T&C twice and didn't spot anything about maximum age of 38. mnk can you provide the link please? We could all learn a little something from the weather. It pays no attention to criticism.0 -

I've added the link to my post above. description of Trek is 18-38s, although I couldn't find any conditions that state a maximum age (but why else would they state 18-38?)0 -

Hi ******,
Thanks for your email.
Despite our age restriction, the competition is still open to all ages, and if you are over the age of 38 you would still be able to travel on the Southern Sun tour if you wished. You would however probably be travelling with a much younger group of people.
To allow you to discover America with people closer to your age we are willing to give you the option to choose to travel on one of our Grand American Adventures, which is TrekAmerica's open age programme.
Unfortunately our Grand American Adventures don't have the same itinerary as the Southern Sun, so you couldn't travel from coast to coast via New Orleans, but you could choose a Grand American Adventure camping tour of equal value. Possibly our 13 day Western Dream, featuring the most spectacular nation parks in the Southwest USA.
Our Grand American Adventures offer a higher standard of accommodation and a greater level of service and cater to the slightly more discerning traveller.
I hope that helps, and I do apologise for the confusion, it's not a perfect situation but we didn't want to restrict entry based on age if at all possible.
Regards,
