I didn't think you could claim DLA if you moved abroad?
I'm not so sure on that but there was a thread here the other day about someone wanting to go to Europe somewhere but they couldn't carry on getting DLA there.
You can claim the Care component but not the mobility.(AKA HRH_MUngo)

As SDW says, you can't carry on claiming the mobility component but you can get the care component and also AA. There was a recent change of rules concerning this, which might explain the different opinions.0
