  • I agree that £6 is a bit much, but then business is business. Simply dont use the service he is offering!
    When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.

    Difficult one. There always used to be a maximum rate for resale of electricity, but that may have been swept away - and may not apply here as it is a washing service being sold.
