I'm an idiot - ordered wrong phone

Hi guys

I ordered the wrong pay monthly phone from 02. It won't be delivered until Monday but I was wondering if anyone knows if 02 will let me "swap" it for the one I want? I phoned the 02 customer services but they weren't very helpful.

7 days to return it with distant selling wotsit regulations.
Once you get it - do not open it. Phone o2 to arrange a return (probably at cost to you) - send it special delivery. Might even allow you to take it into a shop to return.
Once order is canceled fully - then place a new order.

As above, but when you phone to cancel, which you can do now withh order no, explain why and they may swap then.
  • ok, thanks guys - I'll give them a ring now.

Why even accept the delivery, don't sign for it when the courier shows up and tell them it should be returned. Saves you the trouble of having to send it back.
