scottishspendaholic xMBNA = £4,000 / Next = £925 (approx. tbc on 19/8)

Bank of Scotland = £2,782.830 -
Do I get bored - no, I like talking about myself and being nosy about other people too much!
Today spent:
£6 on food: including, cucumber, peppermint tea, cottage cheese (2 tubs), humous (2 tubs), bananas, snack-a-jacks (lunches) - (+ stuff I already have - its got to last me til a week Wednesday (yes, I am going to be living on custard and smash)0 -

I hope you don't mind me tagging along, but I think this will help me to curb those impulse buys - the embarrassment of having to tell you should put me off!
I spent 25p on an apple in the station this morning. Now I've written that, I can see how wasteful it is not to buy them at home!
And I'll be buying some cheese at lunchtime.
That's it! Tell me off if I buy anything else!
Hurrah! I actually stuck to it! 93p on cheese and that was it.0 -

Maybe i'm sad but this thread actually makes me think twice before I spend anything. It's saved me a fortune in the last few weeks as i'd be too ashamed to come and tell you i'd spent £300 in Next (I haven't! Honest!)January budget
Nothing left!0 -

no, no, no, NO!
It helps keep me focussed and I need that right now.
Spent £91 today and not even been out! - mobile auto electrician (neccessity) = £50
and HSBC (Bless 'em) have debited my account by £41 for minimum payment on cc even though I paid off 1k when I got my last statement. I thought as long as you paid at least the min amount you were ok but they tell me that despite my 1k payment they have still dd me the min payment on the whole balance (before my 1k) and that I should have cancelled the dd if I didn't want this to happen. That little transaction has also taken me overdrawn.
Not the best start to the week but hey-ho onwards and upwards.......

No, this thread doesnt bore me either. It makes me think twice before i spend and sometimes makes me feel better when i realise other people have 'weak' moments too!
Anyway, today i have spent £7.51 on: bananas, broccoli, lettuce, tomatoes, red grapes, new potatoes, green beans, cheese, milk and yogurts.
Dont feel guilty about any of that coz it was all necessary and healthy:DExperience is the toughest teacher because she gives the test first then the lesson
