ive had to send a copy of my tennancy aggrement to my advisor, but it has my partners name on the aggrement as well they wont try and go near him like contact him etc

    Its YOUR Trust Deed, they shouldn't have to contact him but they may have to get some amounts verfied.

    It's not really a good idea to enter into this without discussing it with your partner though (if you're just worried about him findig out!)
