How soon have people had any feedback from EGG after receiveing the 'were looking into your complaint letter'? - weve just had our letter after ours to reclaim over £7000 worth of ppi added to a loan!!! According to their letter they have 8 weeks to respond - does it usually take this long?

Hello there
Yes that is correct, they have 8 weeks to respond in full.
If you hear nothing by the time 8 weeks have passed you entitled to take your complaint to the Financial ombudsman service (FOS).
Good luck please let us know how you get on.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

It does vary from case to case but generally reading the forums they are quite quick in responding, mine was within two weeks of placing the claim. They refunded my loan and wouldn't refund me directly even though my loan payments were up to date, so sent it to the FOS and after many months it has reached an Adjudicator. Waiting for the outcome now.
Good luck with your claim!0
