oh dear :rotfl: - been there 36yrs ago with DS1 as a 3mth old. I've never been able to watch anybody making sausages since _pale_. Luckily it was in the baby bath and there wasn't enough room for toys in there as well as him at 3mths old.

Were there a lot of bath toys actually in the water? If there were only a few in the bath, and he's got others, I think I'd be inclined to chuck them to be on the safe side.

What kind were they? Soft, squidgy rubber items or those that squirt water out?

You could go for soaking in Milton but just not sure about those that may have been hollow in the middle. Would it be possible to completely fill them with the Milton liquid and leave for a while?

Best of luck whatever you decide.
  • Hi, yes he had quite a few of which were his favourites, but I have thrown the plastics bottles out.

Soaked everything in miltons including sucking water into the rubber ducks!

Now going to scrub the bath!

I'm sure soaking them in milton will be fine.

dump in a bowl with very hot water and add a little bleach or miltons, then rinse thoroughly and leave to dry - they will be fine.

Scoop the s h i t out of the bath and wash your hands.

    Job done.

I have a 3 and 4 y/o and hands are always in pants and in the mud.

As an aside it sounds like you need to grow up. Running around the house screaming because someone performed a natural act. What will you do when your kids ask about sex !!!!!!? Pull yourself together OP!

Don't bother with rubber gloves if he does it again-just put a solidish plastic bag over your hand and throw it away afterwards,

I always use plastic bags-the kind fruit and veg come in-over my hand when painting. Saves having to clean rubber gloves.
  • Hot water and milton should do the trick fine but if you are really neurotic give everything a spray with dettol anti bac spray as well
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

I think you took my post a bit to literally, I meant it very tongue in cheek! I did clear the poop up without any fuss, it was more funny to me that he had done it and he had looked very shocked to see it there in the bath with him!

But it still made me go EEWWW (not quite screaming!!!), its not like I haven't changed nearly every dirty nappy his had since he was born!

I think I will handle discussing sex perfectly well, thank you.
