    I totally agree with you. You should only need to contact us once for our online department to rectify the problem. I have access to the online billing systems and it is a straight forward system. Provided all data is updated correctly then there should be no issues. If it does not work after being amended the first time then we should carry out further investigations for you to find out what the problem is and rectify it for you. I would then expect that we follow this up with a courtesy call or email to make sure everything is in order.

    I apologise for the level of service provided to you and that this was not done.
