ASDA Mispricing

Hmm I already said he shoulda had the £2, the 14p is obvious to anyone, that goes without saying. I was just confirming it is £2, NOT a smiley. We asked both managers & neither have ever heard of the £2 per item, dunno about other stores but the two here won't do per item. There's alot on the website that's crap lol. It's bad enough having to work on Customer Services let alone with the company never telling anyone their policies.kuohu wrote:Go to https://www.asda.co.uk

Disappointing that an Asda customer services employee doesn't even know the procedure. Perhaps you can mention this to your manager.
Edit: And no, he should have had £0.14 refund and a £2.00 voucher.0 -

a mate has just gave me a £21 face valued voucher as part of the money that he owes me...
just tried it in ASDA and the lady said the voucher has expired ?? there is a date on it saying 14/05/2006 and the cashier said it needs to be used by that date and apparently that s when the voucher was issued! ! !
Hmmm no, smileys should only be done up to £1 in value, they don't expire either. Might be a store thing, there's different things in each store & also each type of Asda (Living, Essentials, George, Superstore etc) Is it definitely a smiley? Might be a gift card/voucher? No idea sorry0 -
well I was overcharged the other week on an item that was supposed to be on offer but was charged full price. I didnt notice it till I got home so phoned the store and they told me to go in for a refund. I only got a refund of the difference even though I had to make a special trip back there

They left a security tag on a pair of shoes I bought in ASDA the other week, which I wanted to wear out that night but our store shuts at 8pm and I didnt notice until it was too late. I had to go back the next day which is about a 18 mile round trip to this particular store. Anyhows, me being me decided to write a letter of complaint and had the £14 for the shoes refunded along with a £10 gift card for my inconvenience of having to go back and my petrol! So it is worth complaining def.0
