I got a bargain the other day, they had mispriced a crate of Stella @ £11 for the crate of 24 cans. The poor woman doing the refund was erm worried to say the least for whoever priced it wrong0

From the Asda website:What happens if I am overcharged?
If you have been overcharged or undercharged in any of our stores we will gladly refund the difference (if you have been overcharged) and give you a £2 Gift voucher for each product you have been mischarged for.
Looks like you should have had £2 rather than £1.DFW Nerd 0350 -

Go to https://www.asda.co.uk
Click Customer Services (from top menu)
Click Frequently Asked Questions (from left menu)
Select Our Services (drop down box on the right) and press Search
The text in my post above was copied and pasted from the page you get.
Disappointing that an Asda customer services employee doesn't even know the procedure. Perhaps you can mention this to your manager.
Edit: And no, he should have had £0.14 refund and a £2.00 voucher.DFW Nerd 0350 -
Thanks for the info, I have printed out a copy to keep in the car!
I usually shop at Tesco but occasionally Asda at Brighton Marina (because they take any manufacturer's money-off coupons, any amount, off your shopping). I have had a few free items from Tesco (see their misprice policy on a separate thread) but only one £2 giftcard from Asda so far. And it's very useful to know it's 'per product'!
Always check your receipts!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Asda have a long way to go to beat Tesco's R&R goodness0

...plus your money back in the case of an overcharge, but nothing about under-charges.
But meh, how often are you actually under-charged? Balance of probability, errr, slight0 -
is that usual to have the smily voucher for £21? also has it got a expiry date?
a mate has just gave me a £21 face valued voucher as part of the money that he owes me...
just tried it in ASDA and the lady said the voucher has expired ?? there is a date on it saying 14/05/2006 and the cashier said it needs to be used by that date and apparently that s when the voucher was issued! ! !0
