Abbey (Cahoot) - Hardship case

I sent off letters ages ago, and then out of the blue I get a letter asking about my finances, so I send off the CCCS balance.

They have now awarded me the last 12 months charges as a gesture of goodwill.
That's great - it all helps, but it's about a quarter of the total.

Also, it's just for one of the current accounts, I've put in a claim for two.

What I'm asking is, what shall I reply to them. I want to sort of say thanks, but I will be wanting the full amount, and what about the other account?

Any help would be great, thanks is advance

Under financial hardship they do not have to offer 100% of the claim.
Does the amount clear your arrears?

    Thanks for the reply

Nope, arrears are more than twice as much.
I'm currently on a DMP with CCCS so 'any' amount is good, but I just want to be sure that by accepting the money I'm not saying - "yes that's fine, I don't want the rest"- if you know what I mean?
Also not heard anything about second current account which is in pretty much the same state.

No bank can say that by acceptance of one amount that you give up the right to the rest once the OFT test case issues are resolved.
