Good time of year to sell a car?
Is there a good (or bad) time of the year to sell a car?
I've got an old banger to sell (well it's 11 yrs old but in fine working order) which is due for tax renewal soon. It's coming up to Christmas and I'm wondering if it would be better to put it off the road until Spring and then advertise it?
or DO people buy cars in the run-up to Christmas?

You could always give it a try.Some people will be after cars to give for xmas for the kids or partner that has just passed a test.You just dont know.Try the free ads if you dont want to spend anything.
OH has sold cars on xmas eve and cars covered in snow!!!.
