I made a point to a csr last week;
they know their calls are being recorded and are therefore consenting to call recording.
they can't consent and not consent to call recording - can theybaldly going on...0 -
When you hear the message that says calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes, if you continue the call, doesn't that then mean that both parties have already agreed that the call may be recorded? It seems to me that would be the case, and I'd record the call myself without telling them it was happening as both parties have already agreed to it.0
