i'd rather look at the facts instead of you checking the back of your y-fronts to predict the future
Do you also think InsideTRack and Grant Bovey were success stories? :rotfl:0 -
Come on. They bought most of their properties between 2003-2007.The reason they are so disliked is because they are obnoxious vermin
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x9lrqXLVw-EThis is money also suggest that they managed to convince BB to allow then to change their fixed rate mortgages from 5% to 2.25%. I sure that only because they are in so much trouble0 -
As I have said before, my wife and I own three properties, all mortgage free.
there are much better ways to be tax efficient and pay less tax0 -
Then try reading this thread, following the links and having a bit of a think! Just because you want them to be a success and therefore validate every other BTL model doesn't make it so.

Doesn't sound very good, does it? I mean, if you were worth 100 million plus do you think you could afford to pay your council tax?
Maybe it's all part of some 'tax efficient' plan :rotfl:0 -

Heving said that, I particularly liked where guid auld Fergus said they were getting every Wilson in Kents council tax demand.
Pure comedy gold. Well as long as you aren't one of their tenants.Retail is the only therapy that works0 -
