yes i did and i wouldnt call them clowns as i was extremly pleased with my haircut.. if you didnt hear from them why didnt you contact them...

I got this offer last time round - managed to get 1/2 price highlights and a free cut - on leaving the salon i was given a questionnaire to fill out and post back that would give me £10 off my next visit....which i got without any problem. On my second visit (at Xmas) i got a christmas card with a voucher for 25% off next visit and also 2 voucers to give friends who would receive 1/2 price cut (if they use voucher i get a further voucher for a 1/2 price cut for introducing them) so not bad!!

I sent off for one of these thro Prima mag, forgot all about it until I got a call in Dec from hairsalon only 10 mins walk from me.

Booked a cut before xmas, and got a wash, cut and blow dry worth about 30 quid for nowt (well i did leave a three quid tip!) was well chuffed. If you have not heard it may be that there is not a salon in your area but worth chasing up!

I sent in coupon from Eve mag, thought they'd forgotten me till I got a phone call last Thurs. Had a wash, cut and blowdry for free the next day and then yesterday got an offer from them of £10 voucher if I filled in a questionaire about the service I got.
Good salon, good cut, nice people and good service so I will definitely be taking them up on this offer.

I've put GH on my shopping list too. Can't have too much of a good thing when it's for free, can you?

Does anyone know the telephone number of the Watford HQ as it is not on the website?

I can't even tell what the local hairdressers is as the website only gives you a Streetmap of roughly where it is located.
