Scottish Power Customer Service back down
I posted on here a few weeks ago about Scottish Power and there customer service, only months after joining them from Npower. They were overcharging me a month by about £100. I complained and they came out with the usual rubbish that I was wrong they had an the expert knowledge blah blah blah.
I am not good at complaining but I hate customer service that does not listen. Anyway I dug my last years bills with Npower, gave them a detailed breakdown of my power use.
And today I have just had email not saying I was right...but setting my direct debit around the level I originally said it should be.
So my advice, as a bad complainer, is do a bit of research if you are convinced you are right and fight your corner.
Thanks for support advice etc on earlier post and good luck to you all if you have to fight your corner with Scottish Power.
